Used for airport parking and shuttle to the airport. Very poor customer service. 1st time I called they gave wrong information and then I had to call twice and kept pressing 0 7 times before someone picked up the phone. Waited 30 min for pickup and still no pickup. The agent at the hotel was rude and hung up on me. Will never use again, I rather pay Uber. 45 min still no shuttle. Front desk agents hung up on me 3 times. You advertise parking service with shuttle thats why we use do not tell me its curtesy shuttle. I pay to park there includes shuttle service. Yeah I know you wont be sad to Lose a customer but I hope you lose more because of this review.

I called last night to inquire about a room. I called the first time and the guy that answered the phone was really nice and wanted to make sure that the room I needed was available since front desk was super busy he asked me to call back in the next 30 min. I called back and other employee answered the phone. To be honest I dont remember asking or her telling me her name but she was very rude. I mentioned the whole situation to her and that I was asked to call back, gave the same information that I gave the guy a talk to before but she said -Ho no! That is not a confirmation number. In a rude tone so I provided the name on the reservation I was trying to inquire about. At the moment of booking (I was trying to book a room next to a family member) I was about to add the payment method and I asked if it was okay for the room to be charged to my card to which I said that the room was for my brother and I needed the room to be charged to my car. She said- I DONT KNOW IF YOU KNOW HOW HOTELS WORK BUT IT DOES NOT WORK LIKE THAT. I mentioned that I did that before in a different hotel where they sent me a document for me to sign so they could charge my card. She said I had to fill out the form 48 hrs in advance since I was making the reservation for next day that was not an option. I understand there of guide lines for every hotel but there is a way to talk to people in general. I ended up booking somewhere else.

Upon check-in was told the pool was open and the hours. However, maintenance had a sign up saying pool closed. Front desk said they had no idea why but maintenance said the pool was in such bad condition that it would not be open at all during our stay. Very disappointed kiddos. The sofa bed is a joke! Very thin spring cot like mattress couldnt even sleep on it. A/C also terrible temp set on 60 to keep the room around 70s. Other Embassy Suites are much better.

The drain in the shower needs to be rooted out since I was standing in a pudding up to my ankles....Great location. The restaurant was TOP notch.
