        Chase called me several times & left messages. I didn't know who he was. Never told me why he was calling even called my daughter at work. When I finally reached him, he assumed they were going to do home health care for my husband. I told him I had questions before they got the job. Couldn't answer not 1 of my simple questions.

        Very disappointed, rarely see the same nurse 2 visits in a row, same for aides. Medication is consistently incorrect. I would not recommend this hospice company.
