Empire is outstanding. We have had problems with streaming in our home for years! Nobody has been able to help. I called Empire and a team leader came the next day to assess. Very informative, made a plan, and within a week we had excellent streaming in all areas of our home. Highest recommendation for this company and its people.

What an awesome company! Took their time communicated so well. Install took some time and Im so happy with what they did. Had my media room updated and put some more speakers in my living rooms! Jared and Eric both explained things and were knowledgeable about everything they were doing or did. I would give them six stars because my kids came home half way through the install and asked a billion questions and were nice polite and respectful. Will be doing business with them again!

Five Star!!! The best Home theater & AV installer in Dallas area!!! Empire installed home theater into a pre wired home theater room for us.  Their customer service is exceptional.  I also purchased few items from them.  They work with their vendors to offer the customer a fair price.  After installation they guarantee their workmanship & they will take care of you.  The 47 5 Star you see on Yelp are hard earned one happy customer at a time.  Empire provide reasonable pricing & does a high quality work.  Erick & his team are great to work with and thank you for doing your job with integrity.  Unlike other AV companies; they don't leave you hanging.  They put customer first!!!  Empire AV is my only go to company for future AV. I highly recommend them for any home theater and house networking projects.

They showed up on time and did an amazing job and got it done quickly. Both guys were friendly and professional. They mounted a very big new tv for me and hooked up my Apple TV and made sure everything worked properly and all the settings on the TV were exactly as they should be. A+ job and I'll be using Empire again for any TV mountings or AV needs in the future. Highly recommend.
