        Totally awful operation. The office can not get their scheduling together to save their life. My husband was given visits from them upon hospital discharge and they had the hardest time scheduling him appointments. We kept being told someone will definitely be there tomorrow then no one would show and I would have to waste hours of my time on the phone again. THEN the company flat out refused to fishing out our final visit from a nurse that TBRY HAD ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR. Not even to mention theyre rude

        DFW Home Health is a great agency. They truly care about their clients and go out of their way to ensure their clients know how valuable they are. Their physical therapists are always on time and meet the clients where they are when it comes to therapy. DFW Home Health is an agency I would definitely recommend if I was looking for a Home Health agency.
