I can confidently say they are the best in the business based on tons of experience from other providers in the past.I have purchased visitor health insurance for my parents nearly 10 times in the past from 10 different companies every time they visit us in the USA from India. Whenever we needed to use the insurance for doctor visits or imaging in the past we would hear back - sorry that part would not be covered is the answer I got:(But here is a completely different story now that this year I trusted LeRoy to help me find the best one. Unfortunately, my mom suffered a fracture during her stay and was bracing up based on past experience that I basically have no coverage and will have to pay everything out of pocket for the treatment. To my pleasant surprise, my mom has access to United Healthcare in-network providers and they gave the appt quickly and the process was so streamlined. So writing this detailed review hoping to reach everyone struggling to find visitors' health insurance coverage for friends and family visiting.
