As a gym owner I know it is very important to stay hydrated. My wife and I have been using hello hydration four several months now we definitely see a difference in our recovery from hard work outs and our ability to push harder during workouts. We are truly thankful for all of the different packages that hallow hydration has to offer. Nick and Cindy are such wonderful people we would recommend this company to anyone and any gym we ever come across. Hands-down the best of what they do.

I was excited to see Hello Hydration this morning at RUSH Cycle in League City. After class I met with Nick and Cindy, they're a great team who gives you all the information you need to make the best decision based on your needs. I got a B12 shot and it was quick and easy. I'm so very happy with my experience with them!
I'm starting a new job soon working 12 hour shifts where I believe I'll definitely benefit from getting this B12 shot on a regular basis. It's already getting me feeling like a new person.

Amazing staff. Very professional and friendly. I highly suggest using their services whether you need to get a little hydrated or get a b-12 shot. I got a B-12 shot and it was quick, and painless. I feel great after it. Thanks Hello Hydration. Also they do at home service so if you are very dehydrated they will literally come to your house to help you. How awesome is that?
