From what I can tell, this location has had sub par customer service for over a year now. Based on what I'm seeing in line, as it grows out into the terminal, nothing has been done to correct anything. Clearly understaffed and a general lack motivation can be seen from the cook all the way up to the register. As a burger joint parked in the departing terminal of a major airport, this should leave people with a want to come back through...
