Big Deal Burger

Seems like this is just a plain ol' Dickey's BBQ Pit now - no sign of burgers here. The pulled pork is alright, but not what I came here hoping for! Their corporate trainer is here right now making sure the food is all done right, so I'm guessing this is a recent change. Atmosphere is good and staff are friendly just like I'd expect from Dickey's.

They advertised beyond burgers, I ordered and paid online, was on my way to pick it up, and they call and tell me they have no beyond burgers. I tell them to cancel my order and they tell me they cant cancel it b/c I ordered online. Now I have to go through my credit card company to get my $ refunded. False advertising and terrible customer service.

Just received my order through delivery and it is not what was advertised nor what I ordered. I really hope this isn't a representation of their business. Ordered a "dad bod burger" and just got a double cheeseburger. I ordered 2 large fries and only received 1. UPDATE: Big Deal Burger replied to this comment and suggested I email them to rectify the problem. I've emailed them 3 times since the date of their reply and haven't gotten a response. Will definitely not be a return customer.

Every single person who works here is AMAZING! I drove in straight from Austin and after 3 hrs in the car they took such good care of me. It was the BEST welcome to Dallas. I will definitely come back often!
