I had the upmost pleasure to have Ms. Latricia the cashier/guest services representative at Tom Thumb to provide me with excellent customer service today. She was understanding, caring and empathetic to my needs that I was needing assistance being disabled. She is a very valuable employee for Tom Thumb and I sincerely hope that she is recognized for all her hard work and outstanding customer service that she provides the customers. Latricia goes out of her way to assist us. It is truly employees like Latricia that makes me a loyal customer to Tom Thumb.

My least favorite TT. Always smells like a dirty Petco, or backed up sewer.

This location has been illegally charging sales tax on ice cream 2.5 ounces or larger for at least eight years to the best of my recollection. I have informed several store managers over the years and showed them the statute and nothing has been done. In fact, when I ask them to remove the sales tax they become quite belligerent. I even sent an email to corporate and never received a satisfactory response, No other stores (Kroger, CVS, Walgreens) charge tax on non-snack sizes of ice cream). c) Taxable sales. The following are subject to sales tax:
(9) sales of snack items sold in individual-sized portions.
(A) A snack item is sold in an individual sized-portion if the snack item:
(i) is labeled as having not more than one serving; or
(ii) contains less than 2.5 ounces.
(B) Snack items do not include items sold in prepackaged units containing more than one package. For example, a box containing 6 prepacked, single-serving bags of nuts is not a snack item.
