Pinnacle Marble & Granite

We did our kitchen and vanity tops with Pinnacle and the outcome was perfect. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Veronica. She came out and met with us, brought us samples of materials we were interested on. Once we decided she quickly got the material fabricated and installed. If we decide to remodel our house again I will return with them.

Terrible experience both from customer service and end result. The communication or lack there of is terrible. They do not care about the customer and do not care about quality of work. I was suppose to be able to approve the layout, never happened. I bought 2 bookend slabs ensuring I had enough to avoid small rust stain areas and could get seam matches. Neither happened most pieces had the rust stains visible and the seams were terrible. Would never recommend them.

Horrible customer service! Drove to showroom with a client. They acted like like they were doing us a huge favor when they begrudgingly turned on the lights in the showroom! Chuck never called me back with availability and lead time info he promised. If you are an industry professional do not bother! They will embarrass you in front of your clients. Disappointing what they have become since moving to the new location.

We have had lots of amazing work performed by Pinnacle Marble in our corporate office. From custom stone signage to reception desks to simple countertops, we have been able to confidently rely on Pinnacle to deliver great workmanship and attention to detail.
