LUXOR Mirrors & Glass

Unfortunately they delivered and install a substandard damaged product. Promised to replace the panel on several occasions and have yet to do so. Now they have resorted to slandering my name and my companies name for their claim of lack of payment. Luxor received a fifty percent deposit before installation with the balance to be paid on completion. I am more then willing to make payment in full with a COMPLETED project. Until then unfortunately I can not recommend the use of Luxor glass. Do the right thing here. Finish the project and move on. Be a man of your word.

Ordered a shower glass door from this company. It was installed with a scratch that the owner tried to buff out (which warped the door). He offered to take $100 off in exchange for a good review and we keep the warped door OR he'd bring a new door and we pay full price. We asked for a new door, paid half the cost at install and STILL waiting for the new door...... two weeks later. BTW - the pic you posted on your reply is not our phone number... So before you start slandering your customers, you should make sure you're contacting the right people. I can send YOU a copy of the phone conversation that shows we have been waiting for the glass to be installed.
