The couch we purchased was on display and was very dirty. I told Lily if we did purchase it would have to be cleaned. She confirmed it would. Waited days without confirmation of when the cleaning company would stop by their store. Finally it was done and the couch was on its way. Terrible communication. I had to keep calling to find out when it was coming after they got their payment it seems like they really dont gaf. Once it arrived it was very dirty and it was missing a throw pillow. I called Lilly and she said they forgot it and would try to bring it by during the week. Its been a week and its still not here. I had to hire a cleaning crew to come clean it out of my own pocket. It even looks as if a piece of the couch is missing because the parts do not connect and 1 is broken. Very disappointing.
