        Absolutely a nightmare. Our biggest mistake to try to purchase a bed in this store. We made the order in June 30th at Dallas store - we still do not know when the bed will be produced let alone when will arrive. Management is unprofessional. Promis to come back with a date and update on the production. We have not heard back from her. Her name is Naila. We went to a big name to have a good product and a good service - it has been a nightmare.

        Absolutely terrible service. Naelia was so rude, did not greet me until about 15 minutes of me walking around. It was a strange and uncomfortable experience. I will be purchasing elsewhere. Her attitude was unprofessional and tacky. I hope this store trains their clueless staff.
