There are a lot of flooring businesses in Texas and you expect them all to be experts but far too many are unlicensed to install flooring and usually none of their installers are even certified for installation. We we looked online for an expert and called Texas Best and David Hill to get an independent expert opinion of what could be done to try to repair or salvage a very bad wood flooring job we got from a known local flooring company. We spoke with David and explained our situation. His passion for what he does was evident immediately. It was like talking with a friend. He has a fascinating story and explained what brought him to open his business in Texas and why he sought out all of his degrees and training into so many facets of the flooring industry and the business. He explained that many other flooring places are not licensed to install flooring or not certified to install and many are not even properly trained. We hired him to do a complete, comprehensive inspection. He did an amazing, completely comprehensive job. It was appalling at what a botched job we had. I learned how the wood flooring should have been done and how many steps were skipped, and just how maliciously the job was completed. He was so helpful even beyond the inspection. He had advice for us in many other area of mutual interest. We consider him a friend and wish we would have found his company first. Texas Best Flooring Company Inc. is Absolutely phenomenal. We just had are flooring installed Monday and we love it, they came in removed the old carpet cleaned up and put down the new flooring they got done sooner then the time I was giving, cleaned up afterwards. The installers where very friendly, respectful and i will be using Texas Best Flooring Company Inc. again.

We reached out to Texas Best Flooring company because of David's vast qualifications with installation. They immediately contacted us back to schedule a time to come see the project and came out within that same week. This was such a relief considering how most companies do not even call back. While he was here discussing the flooring project, he also gave us thoughtful and educational advice on other areas of construction happening at our home, all of which were safety concerns. He spent many hours of his personal time emailing us ways of how to correct our construction issues, which we will forever be grateful for. Additionally, he provided quotes when he said he would even if that meant it was at 2 am. Overall, he and his team were great with communication and doing what they said they would do, which is something you don't find often with a trade. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent quality, we are very happy with how our guest bedrooms turned out. Also, crew was polite, took good care of our furniture and were very efficient!
