        I looked everywhere for a cast stone mantle and then found Mike. He and his product are absolutely wonderful. His customer service is unmatched. We built a home with a builder and Mike was by far the easiest to work with. He understands and cares about his products and customers. I would certainly purchase from him again.

        If I could leave no star I would, this company do not stand behind their products!! I ordered the Capri fireplace in Standard Cream and got a much darker color called Custom Buff which mind you was 150.00 dollars more which I did not like and that is what they sent me! I did my due diligence in researching the product and they even sent me 3 sample blocks of the product in 3 colors available. I chose the standard cream at no charge. They told my builder that it would lighten up to the standard cream it could take 2 weeks or more! It has not changed in color and today I called the salesman who sold it to me asking what happens if it does not lighten up? his reply was you get what you get!!! Really I said then why send out 3 samples he had no response other than its mother nature comes out of the ground, he must think I came down with the last rain shower, it may have some stone in it but it is man made and they can control the color by putting color in the mix before they cast it, then why offer 3 colors? I planned my whole color scheme in my great room around this fireplace, now I will have the expense of painting my whole 1st floor or rip out and replace my fireplace mantel!!! I do not recommend this company as they do not deliver the product you order and then have not customer service BUYER Beware !!!
