While I do feel like initially their fees are outrageous and I would be better off negotiating on my own, buI did call the number regarding my review that they asked me to call. I reached an associate that genuinely cared about what I had to say and that they would look into my situation regarding what had been said on the initial call when I first signed up. It looks like they knocked off a good chunk for me to have to pay in order to make things right because things did not go how I expected them to go and they took some responsibility for their part.
My only advice is to just be extremely clear and ask exactly what the fee percentages are going to be, and know that the initial quote they give you is just an estimate because there will be more fees than the initial estimate that they give you of what you are going to have to pay. Overall, It can be a very helpful service but do your due diligence. It's not free!
