Ferguson, O'Connell, Durham Wealth Management - UBS Financial Services Inc.

Only three months after signing with the UBS Financial Services; Nowlin, Ferguson, O'Connell, Durham Group in Dallas, TX my wife and I (both successful professionals) fired the firm and filed a complaint with FINRA due to the firms’ misrepresentation of professional services, negligent account management and unauthorized transfer of $45,000 to a third party unknown to us. They had a litany of other failed service issues ultimately causing us significant stress as well as loss of time and resources. Once we raised concern in their delivery, they simply denied then lawyered up. In short, UBS is the largest finance house in the businesses and they act like it. Worst display of professional service we have witnessed in two 40 plus year careers in professional services.
