Very rude officer. Drove all the way from Midland texas and had to take a day off from work to get my i94 fixed. The officer told me why I didn't go to El Paso instead which is "closer". Is the same distance and I always enter the us through DFW and always make mistakes on the I94. Seems that he wanted to fight not sure why was he so rude, I was the first person he attended and treat me so bad. Make sure u bring all your documents printed, even the I94.

The rudest person i have ever met. The officer has got some chip on this shoulder, so be prepared for ultimate wrath. Bring all your documents in place and stay as quiet as possible else he wont get your job done. Came here to get my and my husbands I94 corrected and got some good morning dosage from him.

Had an hour to make a connecting flight.....was directed to 3 different lines only to have the lines close before our place in line. Each time we went to the back of the next line. This is a shining example of how terribly the government spends tax dollars.
