I gave this McDonald's inside Walmart on Forest Lane a second chance it was horrible again I was so disappointed, I think you should close it and replace with another food restaurant. Staff is good food is horrible

Seriously not cheap anymore and no idea why I ate here but order was fast and correct. Its McDonald's so you probably know what your getting when you order it. The location is new and clean.

Wish I could give this location zero stars. I took the photos of the staff that left me at the window so long and just contacted corporate. This location refused to fulfill my online order. I got an email today offering me to try the app. Never used it before, my daughter wanted to give it a try. It was a disaster. Not because of the app, but this store's employees. They left off multiple items from our order and refused to fulfill it give a refund. So bizarre. The staff gave me 3 separate excuses of why they refuse to honor my online order, but corporate says they were supposed to. I hope the staff members in the photos I snapped are disciplined accordingly. Ridiculously unprocessed customer service. Worst service at any McDonald's I've ever visited in any state or country.

I ordered my food and the people payed me no attention when I tried to pay at the first window!IThen proceeded to the second window, and was told to see the manager.She was very rude after I was told to pull up to the third window! The customer service was horrible and I will definitely not be visiting again!......
