The manager named Angie will be or should be fired immediately for for lack of competence, leadership and professionalism shown to customers. I requested and paid for extra items ( heavy pickles and heavy bacon) to be added. Which it wasnt so before pulling out of the drive thru I showed the manager their mistake. Which her response and attack was instantly rude instead of accommodating. I know Ive been frauded to not get what I asked for and she asked me to pay more. I was anlmost coerced into paying more for their inadequacies but I quickly changed my mind after her rude behavior and remarks toward me progressed. Before coming there I was excited to order but this experience was horrifying and a bad stigma on the business. And Im very suspicious that this is happening to other guests. I took pics of in front of her so she cant say Im lying. The fish sandwiches I order were not fresh on top of being inadequate. I am also a manager, I dont tolerate this with my staff. Its not about loss of money loss, but the principle of professionalism & courtesy. Nothing there made me feel welcomed or like a king.
