Jill Waggoner, MD

Some doctors offices act like they're protecting a celebrity. I called trying to make an appointment and it's all automatic, couldn't get a live person to make one, only option was to leave a msg. It's been 3 days and no one's returned my call. I read reviews of others complaining about this issue. I guess they just don't care enough to correct it.

I've been looking for a new doctor and was told about Dr. Waggoner. After reading up about her and what she had done for the community, I decided to choose her as my primary. After several attempts to make an appointment and leaving several messages, WITHOUT a call back, I going to have to find a different primary. I'm pretty disappointed as I've heard and read many raving reviews but I guess this goes to her staff which those reviews seems to be true. It just would have been nice to receive a call back starting she not accepted new patients or something.

I would like to first by saying Dr Jill Waggoner is one of the best doctors on the planet. She is compassionate, loving, caring, thorough, she listening, etc.... I have been her patient for over 25 plus years and she has been very consistent. I also travel from Houston to Dallas to see my doctor Waggoner. That says a lot for me and many others travel from different states. To each own opinion, but I don't understand how anyone could give my doctor a one star. She treats people with respect and as if you are family to her. I have been around her too long and have referred other people and they have had great experience. Dr. Waggoner is a doctor focusing on her patients and giving the best care they deserve. Other than God she has saved my life many and beyond times. She in my eyes is God sent angel. Thank you also Toni for your service. Dr. Waggoner stay the way you are and never change, only for the better. She has a heart bigger than you can imagine. I love you Dr. Waggoner forever and may God bless you with continuing to serve your patients with the love and care you have always giving. I must give just a little advice whenever or if you ever have any issues share it with Dr. Waggoner she is pretty fair and she will listening to your complaints. She also will share with you the steps to take on any matter. Again I love you Dr. Waggoner keep up the good work.

Dr. Jill Waggoner is the best primary care I have ever had. I will recommend her to anyone. She took care of me while I was living in Dallas. I did not have any health problems because she made sure I took vitamins and herbs. She is a wonderful care giver. I miss her since I moved back to Louisiana. I wish there were a way for me to travel to Dallas only to visit with her. Awesome and caring physician. God Bless her.
