I am just so disappointed with the communication and staffing. You have to call several times to get a answer, but every time I pull up because my job is right up the street their sitting at the desk talking. When I need questions answered they never can help, they always have to wait on Dr. best and that can take her days on days. Then when you do finally get in contact with Dr. Best the things you need are not complete like testing and your having to call and leave messages several times before you get a answer on what’s going on. Saying it’s urgent doesn’t mean anything to them, then they will call you right before they leave so they don’t have to deal with you calling back if you came up with questions you needed answer on are help with. Only given a two star because all staff wasn’t rude some was pleasant to talk to but you don’t get the same person so your experience is different every time. They say they close at 5 but will close off their lines at 4:30 to receive no more calls. I have never dealt with a doctors office like this and it will be my last.
