A terrible parent facilitator. Im not sure whether she is unwilling, or merely lacks confidence to actually facilitate. She is unable to make a professional decision and stick to it. She will do anything to avoid conflict but will take your money without taking a stance. I am imperfect, and at times was in the wrong, but even then she wouldnt ever call a spade a spade. She frequently hides behind the fact the she isnt a judge, so she wont even make simple clear cut recommendations. A complete waste of my time and money, and a shame that I ended up refiling in Court largely because she is unwilling/unable to stand up and facilitate ad it means you may offend one parent. Parents go to PFs when they cant negotiate, but its the kids that ultimately suffer when parent facilitators are ineffective. Ms. Fowler is ineffective as a parent facilitator.
