After hurdling through CPS and my exes lawyer I was going to give in and give up. I was confused with all the lingo and the other lawyer trying to trap me. I made the decision to call around for lawyers a week and a half before my trial and somehow found Dennis and he was literally a god sent angel. I went to a conference with him and explained everything showed him my evidence against my ex and he assured me, he can help recover my son. He and Shannon worked their magic and within a week and a half, at trial I was granted sole custody and since my son was out of the country, he made it possible for him to come back home. Kept me informed of everything and was very quick in responding. Didnt charge me an arm and a leg like most quotes were. If I ever need another family lawyer I know exactly who to call. I hired Dennis years ago for my divorce and he worked with me during that time at a different law firm. During the proceedings, my husband and I decided to give it another try. In 2018, years later, I reconnected with Dennis to finish the first proceedings. In the meantime I had to hire another attorney for Guardianship of my mother and subsequent probate and etc. It was one of the toughest times in my adult life and the law firm I used at that time, made it even MORE difficult. When deciding to proceed with my prior divorce I decided to find Dennis to use as my attorney. It had been years since we had connected and he remembered me and the past case. We took up where we had left off. Dennis had been savvy enough to write up a postnuptial agreement if our attempt to reconcile failed. Having this agreement saved me time and trouble when refiling. After our conference, Dennis asked if he could pray for me and the circumstances I was going through. I cannot even express how this touched me. I knew I had made the right decision in finding this caring individual to walk me through this stressful time in my life. Each time I contacted the office I always got an answer that day. I never had to play chase with Dennis or Shannon. When we went to court it was as easy as it can get concerning a divorce. The scheduling, the calls, emails, answers to my questions were always done in a caring and timely fashion. Their follow-up has been phenomenal also. Shannon Dielmann is a great asset to the firm and they are an awesome team. Dennis and Shannon provided invaluable service to me and my family as we attempted to secure legal conservatorship for our vulnerable grandchild. We had a pressing timeline to meet with our insurance provider and Dennis and Shannon were able to meet that challenge Because of their hard work, my grandchild is more safe and I have greater peace of mind.
