I recently had a facial that addressed all my concerns about maturing skin. The esthetician, William, was warm and welcoming and immediately made me feel at ease. Not only was the atmosphere relaxing, but I also felt confident in the esthetician's knowledge and expertise. Throughout the treatment, they took the time to thoroughly explain each step and how it was benefiting my skin. They also recommended some great products and techniques for at-home maintenance. I left feeling not only relaxed but also educated and empowered to better care for my skin. I can't recommend this spa and esthetician enough for anyone looking for a thoughtful and effective facial treatment. It truly exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be returning for more treatments in the future. Thank you for the exceptional experience!
