iLuxe Lashes stylist are amazing and pay close attention to detail. The Customer service and the overall experience is ver professional. I will be returning and referring them to anyone who asks me where should they go in the Dallas, Tx area.

I LOVE this place! From getting my lashes done to enrolling into the 320 hr course. Ivory and Diamond presented me with the upmost professional service as well as top knotch education. There's not enough I can say about how inspiring and nurturing they are. I love their work and work ethics! Very hard to find such a dynamic duo! Best lash artist and instructors throughout the greater Dallas area, I would even go as far and say all of Midwest!

Rating this business a 2 simply bc the IN-PERSON customer service was good everything else WAS NOT. My overall experience as a first time customer getting eyelash extensions wasnt the best. I originally wanted to book with Ivory but she had no availability so I went with a student for a simple classic set. Upon arrival I specifically stated I wanted the most short natural looking lashes possible. Ivory talked me into getting a hybrid classic or whatever the name is, I trusted her knowledge based off what I was told and went with it. It literally took almost 5 hrs for the lady to finish, my appointment was scheduled for 9:30Am I arrived EARLY and was started on early the lady didnt finish until like 2PM ish, I was IMMEDIATELY disappointed with the outcome. And I voiced my concerns. They still tried talking me into liking the set. I left and sat in the car and almost cried. I went right back in and asked for them to be removed, Ivory spoke up from there for the lady and insisted I get some of them removed bc they were TOOO THICK to my Liking look like I was about to fly away I personally dont like them think long ghetto looking lashes, not my cup of tea. Ivory did a little cutting to them and removed some I agreed to liking them so I could LEAVE I was so over the process in general I had so much to do and so much time was wasted (mind you I was leaving for vacation the next day) I did share that with them. She was like just come back or reach out and Ill fix them. Fast forward to about 3 days ago I get back into town almost ALL of the lashes are GONE they started falling out immediately the same day after getting them done. But since I was over my experience I was determined to enjoy my family vaca.. I reached out to Ivory via IG to voice my concerns upon my are bc I feel that I wasted $100 and I wanted her to atleast hold up to her end of the bargain to fix them and allow me to have what I paid for she never got back with me I even posted under her comment section NO rely! So unfortunately here I am leaving my HORRIBLE experience as a first time customer with her and also I was recorded without my permission and posted on social media!!!! Thats NOT okay!!! Ivory was kind and seemed professional, but being a great professional is making sure your customers are fully satisfied and if they arent and you say you will fix something and for them to reach out and you dont respond is WRONG!!! And I will never recommend ANYBODY to your establishment unfortunately Listen if you dont like your services you have been warned, she wont follow through period

FOLLOW UP REVIEW Since my review I posted last night I have been blocked via IG. Ivory doesnt do well with constructive criticism. To the public, professionals, and people who like doing good business DONT BOOK WITH HER!!! Im highly disappointed as a paying customer! I was recorded and posted on social media WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, there was no resolution to that complaint, and she blocked me because of the verbal agreement that SHE made with me. I went out of town the day after getting my service, she told me to message her or email her of any problems I had. By the time I came back my into town my lashes were ALL GONE no lie!! I didnt trip on it bc I was going to do as I remembered her telling me, and I did just that. Messaged her on social media via IG. Well it took me writing a bad review 3 days later for me to hear from her which makes my services 2 weeks old. Ivory I wont be the last disappointed customer or bad review, based off the way you blocked me simply from constructive criticism lets me know you wont last long if you want to be a professional. Learn to hold up on your verbal agreements and accept criticism, learn how to find solutions so that YOU can win in the end and leave your customers who pay you SATISFIED!! Learn how to do lashes for the masses and not them ghetto fly away lashes!!! Period. Your social media presence is AMAZING!! You are doing your thing on that end. But be what you present yourself to be online, IN PERSON.. 3/10 wouldnt recommend services is what your giving. And ask people for their permission and have them sign papers to post them on social media (just a tip) so you wont find yourself in no legal troubles sis
