They have a weird policy that I've never seen at any other clinic, especially ophthalmologists. With the same insurance and coverage, but at different offices, we have been screened for glaucoma and retinal detachment. All checks have been negative (thank God), but the other offices accepted the insurance payment, and we were not billed. (Yes, maximum out of pocket was met). This clinic is unique. If they test you for something, and the test is negative, they charge the patient. Parallel: your insurance pays for a mamaogram, but no breast cancer is found, so you have to pay out of pocket.This is a perfect opportunity for double charging, so BEWARE! Watch your EOB (explanation of benefits) and check your credit cards for double charges. I hope you report any insurance fraud.

Super Rude Front desk, Christian! We got there 30 minutes early and my mom forgot her insurance card even though she was referred here by her regular Dr. it seemed like she didn't want to help us look up the insurance.She told us "it was going to be hard for her to figure out the information".So we went back home to get it. She was very rude when we got back. They also asked us if we prefer Spanish but kept talking us in English. We felt it was very condescending. I appreciate if they would let us know if the cost but kept asking questions that she could look up. Ex: have you met your deductible?My mom is not sure and then she starts giving us examples of how much it could cost. And how it's expensive if it's not medical related. So I asked her can you please look it ? And it took her 2 seconds to find it. And my mom had met her deductible. So I don't understand what was the point of freaking her out with costs when all she had to do was look it up.My advice to you Christian, is to help your patients. And i get it some things aren't convenient for you. But be more solutions based and helpful. Your office was not busy so it's not like you were slammed with work.In the back, Elizabeth was very nice, amicable and helpful. That's the only reason I gave you all a higher rating.

I came to the office last week for my eye exam and had great service. The staff were polite and patient. Dr. Ryan was friendly and personable. The clinic has state of the art equipment and is modern. I'll definitely come back and would recommend this clinic to anyone.

All I wanted to do was set up an appointment for my son to get his eyes checked which he does every year. The first person I talked to was Gracie who informed me I had to wait until August 22 before he can be seen. I told her I confirmed with his insurance who stated he can make an appointment anytime this year. She didn't believe me, so I called them again and had them talk to her. The insurance woman spoke with an Elizabeth who stated I better call his medical insurance due to the fact he is diabetic. I told her he is pre-diabetic and usually I don't need to call them. Later, I get a call from Rocio from All Care Eye Clinic who stated that Dr. Ryan Shamerloh wrote on my son's file he doesn't need to see him until next year. Why in the world would he not need to see him if he is pre-diabetic? I wasted over an hour and half talking to these people and my insurance, when finally the insurance lady told me to go see another doctor since this one does not seem to want to take care of the situation. Last year, my son and I were in the clinic over three hours, since they WELCOME WALK-INS. Apparently, this place (in S. Buckner) values quantity rather than quality care. Why make an appointment if everyone can just walk in and be seen that day? Very unprofessional and uncaring staff, and I will not make that same mistake again.
