Hire Wages, LLC (d.b.a. HW Dallas)

Worked with initials C.B. at HW. At interview with prospective employer it was learned numerous job duties in the HW posting for the position on Indeed were not even a part of the job. The employer was perplexed by this when showed the HW Indeed ad at the interview. It becomes an issue because a viable candidate could possibly rule themselves out if they feel they don't meet certain qualifications or vice versa. Zero interview feedback from C.B. (not sure if feedback is really something you should expect from an employment agency in all fairness). Also some definite misrepresentations by C.B. during the process (this was discovered through talking to the employer at the interview). For instance the interview was pre vaccine and at the height of Covid and at the in person interview the employer apologized that I had to come to the office. The employer told me the interview could have been conducted via Zoom and that he had told C.B. that. C.B. never mentioned the Zoom interview option with the employer even after I expressed concerns about in person interviewing during that time. Since I only dealt with one representative of HW not sure if this is a true representation of the company as a whole. Decided to go it on my own after my experience with C.B. and found my dream job. Again in all fairness to HW Dallas one representative and some interactions with one candidate doesn't always fully reflect the professionalism of a company as a whole.

Work place did not want to pay me for having COVID-19 so they fired me and deemed me as not being the “right fit” after reporting to them. Two weeks prior the office was telling Jorie i am a great fit and they want to keep me and work with me. Suddenly I am not a good fit for the practice because “I have alot of stuff going on”. Austin and Reddick dermatology is a office that discriminates against black people by not wanting to pay there employees or firing them so they don’t have to pay them sick time.

I would personally like to thank James Kilo for taking the time to reach out to me when I started my job search and set up numerous interviews for me. All the office's that he set me up with were beautiful and had amazimg staff. I was able to find a job, however it was not one of the office's I interviewed with. Well, if I'm going to run a business, and people use the "contact us" tab on the website. You'd think they'd reply. I guess they only work with STEM degrees? Would be nice to receive a courtesy email stating just that or an email at all, as opposed to getting no response whatsoever. Plenty of other recruiters and headhunters in Dallas with better customer service.
