Honestly, where do I start?! I couldn't speak highly enough of DES. The company is professional, kind and so hardworking. I worked with Dobbs and truly felt blessed to have had her guide and help me into my new role. I am so thankful for all of her handwork. I have to write in ALL CAPS, BECAUSE DOBBS AND DALLAS EMPLOYMENT SERVICES HAS CHANGED MY LIFE AND MY BUSINESS!!! I was so skeptical about using any employment service at all but after speaking with Dobbs, I was sold! Dobbs listened to what I needed and wanted in an executive assistant and made sure to find someone who could work with my personality, my needs and my hours. She found me someone within a matter of a week, I believe and it has been the best fit ever. I have accomplished more goals within the first 4 PART TIME days of working with my assistant than I had in almost a year! I have been so productive, so motivated and accomplished so much since hiring my assistant and even though it has only been a couple of weeks, I could not imagine working without her. However, I know that if I had to work without my amazing new executive assistant, Dobbs would find me a replacement so quickly that I will still be able to meet all of my goals! Thank you Dobbs and DES for all you do and for improving my quality of life and my work-life balance!!!!

I dont know why any person who has talked about means when they speak negative about DES, especially the GOAT Allie Johnson. Allie defined a bar for me when she gave me an interview over FaceTime instead of having me come all the way to an office. She is on top of any messages you send her; will go to bat for you and make suggestions to what will present you better based on your experience. If all of DES is like her, then thats an amazing company. You wont regret working with Allie and DES. Give them a call.
