I had the pleasure of working with a team dedicated to marketing my experience & resume. I found a great startup I was interested in and though I did not get the job, I appreciated what Tom, Kaitie, Kaitlin and the others did to get me noticed. The alacrity at which Workbridge members produced results and found roles for me was awesome. If I do contract again, I may see who Workbridge has looking for roles. From my experience, it appears they are all top companies looking for top talent and smart people, not just padded 10-year resumes. Great for mid-seniors like myself. -MP

The team here really cares about the work they do and it quickly shows after you start the job search process with them. I've been at my new job a week now and so far it has been the change I was looking for. I had the opportunity to work with Bethany and Courtney primarily. I cannot thank them enough for their efforts in helping me land a new job and I highly recommend working with them and the Workbridge team for your next job search! In short, they really want to find out about you as a person, what technology interests you, and how the companies they work with can be a fit for your interests. From the first introduction all they way up to accepting the offer, there is a clear line of communication. The really do a good job of vetting not only the job seeker but also the company seeking an employee. This saves everyone involved from wasting time. I’ll go into a bit more detail below. I applied through a job posting on their website and received a call I believe the next day to setup an introduction meeting in their offices. At that first meeting I spoke with Courtney and the team about my interests. This was more than just resume talk. They inquired about the type of environment I wanted to work in, commute preferences, companies/domain areas to avoid and much more than I was typically used to getting into with a recruiter. I left with a few companies they had in mind for me to interview with. In addition to the initial intro, they ask for technical references (and actually contact them). This was just one more step in proving that they care who they represent. Before I went in for my first round interview I received in depth details via email and phone on the role and the expectations from the company along with how I was presented to the company by the Workbridge team. I went in and was able to quickly land a second round on-site interview. What was nice was after each interview I was able to give feedback to the team about the company, if their industry type was a match, how I thought the interview process was and whether I wanted to continue with that company should things move forward. After receiving an offer and a bit more information exchange, I accepted. They even sent over helpful information on closing out your job search and wrapping up with your current employer. These are things that are typically overlooked, but not here at Workbridge. To conclude, the entire process with Bethany, Courtney, and the entire Workbridge team just felt natural. I NEVER FELT PRESSURED and have zero regrets about choosing the team here to help me land an awesome job with a cool startup!
