Andreia Williams is the worst recruiter. Originally I was in communication with Paula Mendes of LGS. LGS is with JobandTalent, Instaff is also with JobandTalent. Anyway, I had to fill out 2 applications and waited until Monday September 11,2023 to email Andreia for a status update on my application. Didn't hear from her all of Monday. I got ahold of Paula and explained to her the situation. Paula relayed the situation to the VP of Recruiting. Then on Tuesday September 12, 2023 I received an email from Andreia asking me to call her about something on my background check. I called and she said she was busy and would call me back. Three hours later I called her and she stated that something was on my background check ( she wouldn't tell me) kept me from getting hired. Well, after trying to see the background check through the email link, I decided to use the same background company Instaff used to get my own check. And low and behold there was NOTHING that would keep from getting the job. Andreia was retaliating for having the VP talk with her. All Andreia had to do was communicate with me! Very unprofessional!
