Horton Electrical Service provided excellent customer service and I would highly recommend them to anyone without any hesitation. The electrical technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and prompt with returning calls. The technicians immediately figured out the issue with the basement lights and corrected the problem. Definitely plan on hiring them again for more future projects.

From the start, the electrician was really professional. He was able to swiftly schedule an estimate. After installing a fan, the breaker downstairs tripped, and nothing would turn on. He was able to assess and repair the problem when he arrived. He arrived on time and completed his tasks quickly. In addition, the price was really fair. We would highly suggest Horton Electrical Service and will use them again in the future!

The electrician was great. He was on time, friendly, courteous, and efficient. He helped point out some future safety concerns with my electrical needs, but did not make me feel pressured to do it immediately. I appreciate the heads up about other issues I may run into down the road. I would definitely recommend them for any electrical need.
