I found that customer service is non-existent! I called on Friday to request a rx be transferred from another pharmacy. It is now Sunday. It still is not ready! This is crazy... everybody wants us to pay more for rx and products, but cg sucks and Walgreens is still on pandemic hours. Well, that's over, so go back to convenient hours and improve your employees skills!

After moving a year go, this Walgreens became the closest. Sadly this pharmacy is the WORST I have experienced in my life!!!!!! They take days to process a prescription and they are NEVER ready when promised. They do NOT answer phones. Staff is beyond rude- A female pharmacist w long blonde hair and a tech named Sheryl are the WORST! They obviously hate their jobs and seem to transfer this hatred onto customers. I have made the decision to go back to the Midway and Frankford Walgreens, where I was for 20 years- Definitely worth the extra drive to avoid this disaster of a pharmacy!!

Terrible, just terrible. I don't think it is the staff's fault. I think their systems just suck. they have no idea what medications they have, their text systems send out bad information, and the staff has to deal with a never-ending line of unhappy people.
