Good evening. I wish someone in management, or the owner would go check out the interaction between myself, and the customer service representative around 9:45pm this evening. I enter the store, and right off the bat, the CVS rep is looking at me funny and with disgust on her face. I don't even know this young lady lol. I inquire about an item, and she gives me this look of disgust like I'm wrong for asking for assistance. The item I need is locked up, so I had to ask for help to get it. I'm literally talking to her and she's ignoring me the entire time. She literally blows me off three different times whenever I spoke with her. Her attitude was poor. She lacked professionalism, and acted like she couldn't care less about what I was saying. Super unfortunate experience. If you're not happy with your job, do something else. Don't take your unhappiness out on people. Completely uncalled for. I was in and out of the store less than 5 minutes and I'm getting a bad attitude from this young lady for no reason. She was wearing black pants, red CVS shirt, black hair, Hispanic lady. Not sure if she was having a bad night or what, but her attitude was poor. Poor customer service skills. I dare someone in management go look into this interaction. I won't dare come here again and patronize a business that allows such poor customer service to take place. I was super respectful, polite, and kind the entire time. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Id like to express my gratitude for the team members at this CVS. I apologize for not mentioning any other am members names. With the exception of Marina. It seems she happens to be the customer sales representative on every visit. I have opened up a small business here in the East Dallas neighborhood. I have had several issues with scheduling Fed Ex to recognize my new address. I have came daily for the past three weeks to this location and the staff has been very friendly and professional and acceptance of my daily local drop offs. Marina in particular has gone above and beyond. I feel very welcomed as a customer for being recognized every visit thank you all very much I hope the members of management recognize the teams awesome job when it comes to Customer Service. Keep up the great work!!!!
