My doctor called in the prescription 2 hrs before we arrived. They hadn't even checked their voice-mail which made us have to get back in the drive thru line and wait all over again. Ridiculous!

This is strictly for the Minute Clinic I can't speak for the rest of the CVS but I came here for a strep test and was see by Family Nurse Practitioner Ms Willis and has a present experience. I came at 6:40 so towards the end of the day, didn't wait long for my turn, 3 people ahead. Ms Wills was very attentive and answered all the questions I had. She provided a nice print out and explain what she presciyans why. For quick check up to confirm things like strep I'd recommend coming here especially if she's here.

Horrible customer service. My friend had a c section last week, discharged Sunday evening 4/23 and her prescriptions were sent to this location. The lady at the window was very unpleasant, never smiled once and the pharmacist was even worse! He was very rude and never even asked if she had any questions about her prescription. The wait time was ridiculous, we had to go through the line 3 times before she got her meds.

Ive shopped at this CVS location for years and it has gradually declined to the point where I am no longer willing to shop here. What used to be a quick convenient stop on the way home, has now turned into a 20min endeavor. The majority of hygiene and beauty products are locked and require assistance. They have limited staff on hand so it takes multiple attempts to get assistance if you dont track someone down yourself first. Today at 7pm on a Friday all of the cold alcoholic beverages were locked with only 2 staff members both busy checking out customers. I understand this may be a high shrink or high theft location, but the majority of CVSs, or any convenience store for that matter, have far less assistance required items or more creative inventory control solutions. At this point, it seems the goal is to intentionally deter customers from shopping and for that I wont be returning.
