        Updated review: 12/29/23 I had taken my dog to Ruffit for years and was always very happy with how they groomed by Pomeranian, Brian. At his latest visit, he came back acting weird. I originally posted a negative review out of concern that something happened at the appointment. However, the owner called me to discuss, they took the time to review surveillance footage, notes from the appointment, etc, and I really appreciated that they took the time to ensure that I knew the details from that day and the steps they took to ensure he was well taken care of.

        Weve been taking our dog here for two years and love it. Doctor Murphy is the absolute best vet and cares about his patients so much. The staff are wonderful and the grooming is great. I recommend this facility to all nearby friends. For new dog parents, I highly recommend the puppy plan the first year - it saved us a ton of money. Yes- they do get busy and sometimes its hard getting someone on the phone as a result. But this location is fully deserving of 5 stars
