We were waiting for a month to get seen by Dr Rubin, When I scheduled the appointment I verified they take our insurance by providing them our insurance info, I even verified with my insurance that they are in network, Yesterday I received a call from their office that they do not take our insurance, I spoke with the office manager and asked to verify again and she said she will get back to me, I called today again since she did not call back and left a msg, and like expected she did not call back so we missed our appointment! Too bad since we really liked Dr Rubin, we'll go somewhere else where they respect us a client !

Fantastic dermatologistknows his stuff. Been recognized around DFW. His staff is welcoming and helpful. Would recommend!

I like how Dr. Rubin charts my moles and then compares them the next year. I asked him to remove a whitehead on my eyelidI knew it would cost extrabut he left the sack in and the whitehead is slowly, but surely filling up again. I dont want to pay over $150 to have him remove it again! Not happy; therefore, the three stats.

Been with Dr Rubin for years. Great doctor and just an all around hood guy. Excellent staff as well.
