Awesome customer service here! Great way to relax and recover here! I prefer the private infrared pods with lighting control. I sweat it out in the pods and get such a good nights sleep after!!! Highly recommend!

Fantastic spot! The staff is absolutely amazing and knowledgeable on the health benefits that infrared lights provide. The cleanliness of the facility and each sauna is unparalleled compared to other companies. Each stall is deep cleaned and it comes with a towel. Thank you glow sauna!
