Do not take your kids to this day care. I have a nephew who attends the location on Illinois. I sometimes go and visit him during the day and the I have noticed how terribly the treat the children. They have no control over their classrooms. Though the children have 30 minutes to eat they are rushed to eat in less than 10 minutes. I overheard staff talking openly about the toddlers they disliked. Today was the worst I have seen. One of the staff members forgot one of her kids in the hallway. Without realizing it she closed the door and smashed the childs hand through the door. I heard a child scream in pain and I, the visitor ran to open the door only to see that she had caught the childs hand. She yelled at the poor boy what had happened when she knew she was the one who slammed the door. I told her you hurt him with the door. She didn't acknowledge my comment. She just kept asking the crying child who did it. I again told her it was you and she continued to ignore me. I asked her"are you not taking him to the nurse his hand is getting a bit swollen". She said no he will be fine. When I asked the front desk to speak to someone in charge they said the director was in a meeting. When I called again and left message Mr.Delgado never returned my call. Please do not bring your child to this awful daycare. They yell at them and do not care for them one bit.
