I called two weeks before my childs initial start day and they said everything was set. I come in on the first day and they had a state inspection plus a change in director so they would give me a call back with more information. I then get an email letting me know that they dont have a spot for my child. They had accepted more kids than they have teachers! So now Im left with no daycare!!!!

my wife and I tour this place back in 2022 and pay registration fee to star on 2023, we didn't tour any other facility to pre enroll and 3 weeks before our start day we find out the spot for him is not there. we even meet the teachers 2 weeks prior and told us we had a spot secured

I dreaded putting my daughter in daycare, and Heather (the director at the time I believe) made me feel right at home. I never had many complaints up until they switched directors. I began to notice the employee retention rate was low considering there was new faces very often, and some that we just never saw again. We relied heavily on the app that allowed us to know when our baby ate, was changed etc. Me and her father work full time and there was a day where I expressed concerns because I was getting updates that my daughter was being changed but not a single update that day that she had been fed. I brought it to the new directors concern and she said she would look into it and NEVER got back to me if my daughter had ATE in the probably 8+ she was there, but dont worry she didnt fail to smile and greet me every day but never got back to me on my concerns. That, the constant diaper rashes and my daughter picking up some type of virus every other week is the reason I much rather stay home with her now. Safe to say, she hasnt had a single diaper rash, or a single virus in the 4 months since shes been gone.

There are a lot of good reviews but as a mother trying to find the right daycare for my child, the bad reviews I pay more attention to. From what I gather, the place looks nice but the staffs behavior diminishes the look. I gather some of the staff lacks the right credentials, kinda ghetto, and very unprofessional. The responses to the negative reviews are very dismissive and lack accountability. Instead of using the negative reviews to improve, you gaslight. This how we have incidences like the one that happened not too long ago where a daycare worker went on live showing how she abuses peoples kids. The last thing a parent who is searching for a suitable child care facility wants to see is the facility gaslighting other parents experiences and concerns. Me knowing me and how protective I am over my child, we would definitely bump heads because I am not the parent you can easily dismiss. If you dont take accountability, I am that parent that will hold you accountable. Thank you to the parents who shared their not so good experience with this facility, it helped me make my decision to keep it pushing. To the daycare, do better

My son 3 year old was going to small wonder. We really liked it in the beginning when he was going to Farm and he really enjoyed - made friends and the teacher was really pleasant. But when he transitioned to the Bear Cave he started dreading to go to school and thanks to the cameras we could see what was going on. The teacher in Bear cave just sits down in the corner all day and not really engaging with the kids. The worst day was when he peed on himself and the teacher just cleaned the floor and left him with wet clothes and also gave him wipes to clean the floor. She left the class as it was her time to leave without giving instructions to the other teacher to clean him up - very disturbing for us. Teachers in other class greeted the kids so nicely and spoke to the parents but this doesnt seem her trait. We wanted to complain about this but before that he was again moved to another class not sure what was the reason where the teachers kept changing every week. Not very happy with the experience!
