Terrible rip off 60 dollars w insurance. To b spoken w for 3 minutes. Then hours in trying to coordinate scripts to be sent. aweful. It was a full time job. And they knew u needed them so they didnt care Dr Patel. Omg

My experiences with Dr & staff are that theyre kind, professional, and super helpful. Theyll go out of their way for their patients because they really care.

This place is a absolute rip off. I had a visit with Dr.Patel in which I paid my co-pay and all required fees after they verified my insurance. Three weeks later I get a call in which they state I owe additional fees and that sometimes this happens with insurance. Thats a absolute lie and I will be reporting them for trying to take advantage of patients. Every doctors I have been to has always verified insurance and collected required fees before even seeing you.

I have been a patient of Dr Patel's for many years now and always had the best of treatment and who I deal with more is Miss Williams and she is a lovely person and a wonderful person to talk to and she helps me so much I love souls counseling and their rating is off the charge for me
