I went for a make-up appt. on 12/16th scheduled with Meleny M. and it was a mess!! She was very nice but should not be scheduled YET to do anyone application without supervision. I missed a very important event bc of her. I do appreciate the front desk lead stepping up to correct, but this required an additional 45mins to correct..Also, they charged me the full price which made me feel something else but I'll keep that to myself for now...

The Ulta at The Shops at Park Lane in Dallas, TX really needs to step up their game in the perfume section. Its a complete mess and the labeling is unclear. I got a Chanel Chance 3.4 oz of perfume that looked like it was labeled $140, but it rang up $165. The cashier went back and looked, and even she thought it was $140. The manager (Im assuming) went and looked and asked for the UPC and said it was $165. Theres no way I could compare a UPC of a box they wont let me touch to a label on the shelf. And the description is so vague that it makes it look like a 3.4 oz bottle is $140. Poor customer service and definitely poor and unclear stock presentation. I wont be shopping at this store again anytime soon. UPDATE: The manager reached out and took care of me.
