I went to the VIP event today. What a scam. Shame of you Ulta. Goody bags were to be given to all customers. Not only did you have to buy something to get a small bag with 2 perfume samples but if you spent $100. You got a bigger bag and so on, the more you spent the more you got. I will never shop at Ulta again,

I got my hair done here, I washed it once and it was fried all the way up the hair follicle. I went into the store to talk to the manager and she defended her stylist. I paid $382 plus a $40 tip for fried hair. Then the Mgr was abusive and cold and insinuated I fried my own hair. I called Ulta corporate.sent pictures

Check out the salon and ask for Alex, tell her I sent you, she is a fantastic colorist! I have always loved the salon and the store was just ok but I do have to say the store has greatly improved! They also got rid of that awful orange check wallcovering lol

Never again. I asked for bangs and I showed the lady the first picture. Tell me why I leave the salon looking like this! Just look at how choppy it is and the three strand of hair considered bangs. Paid 55 for this.
