Their politeness and friendliness made the shopping experience delightful. Their expertise and helpfulness in navigating their range of cosmetics were truly appreciated. Nicki was amazing! So friendly and very knowledgeable about all of the products. She had me try out a few different products in-store, and she was SO sweet that she couldve made me buy anything between her bright charisma and very deep knowledge of all the products I saw - most of which I would have just glanced over without a second thought and walked out. Nicki definitely made this experience though, and secured a customer!

I love the Northpark location of L'Occitane! The staff is so friendly compared to other DFW locations (looking at you, Southlake). Gay has helped me during the holidays and other visits. She is attentive without making you feel smothered in such a small store. When I go in I always look for her. Thank you all for being so good to your customers.
