I did not like their customer service! As soon as I walked in I did not get a hello or nothing, both girls just stare and walk off. I asked a simple question and she responded with a rude attitude.Second girl with glasses had a nasty attitude as well. She was no help at all. If you dont want to talk to people get a different job!

If this is the one on forest lane then it's a very good store and the people are very friendly but there is 1 in Addison close to the hotel that I'm staying at where they were very rude to me and unkind and they did not give me my professional discount so I had to call the corporate office to get them to refund my money.

I use to love this Sally's it's down the street from me. Ever since new staff came it's horrible customer service. The times I came in all 3 staff one has blonde hair on the top of her head and other two have black hair are in the front talking to each other laughing like kids they seem young and unprofessional and don't ask people if they need help.
