I had a great time and had my makeup done by Arista at North Park. It was a vibe! Done at Nordstroms with MAC cosmetics!!!

Amazing Products and Artist are paramount for MAC, however the character of the talent behind the amazing products is equally important. A year ago I was diagnosed with Vitiligo, with new patches of discoloration appearing on my face daily. I was devastated to say the least. While in a treatment plan which I was given no promises of success, I still wanted to put my best face forward, I mustarded up the courage and entered the North Park MAC boutique to seek help. Hearing my plight, Joshua Torres, the store manager immediately came over and offered assistance. He didnt just that the time to find the perfect products for me, he also showed compassion for what I was going through, and made sure I knew how to use all products, and he and his team would be there for me along this journey. Thankfully my treatment plan worked, and my MAC products have changed , but Im still loyal to the North Park team and believe every customer deserves this level of service! Xoxo Lorenzo!

MAC girls have the nastiest nice nasty attitudes and thats in every state. I walked in tonight, I knew they were about to close but I wanted to check if they had certain items I wanted still in stock since I havent done my makeup in years. Bc I needed more makeup and I was comparing whether to buy from Mac and Sephora, I was running out of time so one of the workers seemed irritated, impatient and unhelpful. I was watching the time and told her I came to check otherwise I wouldnt come back tomorrow. Another girl, Spanish girl came out and seen me so to get me out she raised her voice loud to her. Coworker asking if she wanted her to close her register so that I couldnt purchase items. It was a lot I can keep saying but its funny how they really play themselves in the end.

I've placed an online order and picked it up from the store. Some of the products are not available for store pickup and can be purchased only online which created an inconvenience. Overall it's a decent experience.
