Great experience. They assisted me with inspecting 22 units for one of my communities and they emailed me the sketches and bids the same day after the inspection. They are very professional.

Don't trust what they say they're doing unless you independently verify, and that doesn't include getting them to give you pictures which I did. They put in beams and piers along the back of my house, or I THOUGHT they did until I took the deck off a week after and discovered they hadn't actually. But they still charged me for it. This is an "after photo".

Cace inspected our home and said everything looked normal, and nothing needed to be done. I appreciated his honesty and integrity in not trying to sell us something we don't need.

Just closed on home recently in Frisco, and we were on a time crunch for renovations as our lease was ending soon and the home needed a lot of renovations. I found DFW foundations through a quick google search and couldnt have been happier, they came out next day for a consultation, gave me a quote, and were ready to move forward the following week! Im beyond impressed with there work and there communication especially Deborah who was able to accommodate me in every way. Just want to say thank you so much I will definitely hire again especially since I now, know that this is going to be something I need to maintain every few years. They had the best price and their guys did a great job. The engineer and inspector were both very impressed with the quality of work.
