I don't understand what is going on, I have applied for green card ages ago, way before COVID and Ryan Hudson was taking care of it but for the last month I can't get in contact with him. His email does not work and now that I checked that the number is also quite dodgy, since I went though to a totally different office. I really don't know what to do.

I applied over a year ago on their website, completed my application online and and payed the required application fees on time. During this period till this very moment the whole process was going very well and was well explained to me and my family. My immigration attorney Dean Bairns was just brilliant and always nice and helpful. Another thing that I would like to mention is the great support and help I got from the customer support in USACITO, always when I called in with a question there was a response from their end. I would also like to thank Kim from the support team for her help and professional approach towards my green card application. For sure I recommend USACITO to all my family and friends who would like to apply for a US green card.
