Forth year of assessment fees in a row!! FOUR FREAKING YEAR!!
I am extremely frustrated with the people who work for our building. From the HOA president, Jim Panipinto, who appears to be using this position to compensate for his own personal shortcomings, to his puppets like Abby, and a few others.
During my time here over the past few years, NONE of my issues have been addressed. Abby (Im not going to list all the names she truly deserves here) can talk a lot, but it's all talk. A monkey could provide more helpful assistance than her.
GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. The whole building is now hating you.

As a homeowner I have noticed a trend towards a dictatorial mindset among the HOA board members.
Decisions and policies are far from residents best interest in mind.
Also there is a lack of transparency and communication.
Residents have absolutely no voice! And I do agree Abby must be let go
