In my opinion, if you're an authorized Apple service provider, you shouldn't tell a customer that Apple lied to you about covering a repair. When I showed up at their office, Associated Technical Services said they had no idea I was coming, even though I had a confirmed appointment scheduled by Apple. ATS tried to get me to agree to pay approximately $400 for a service Apple promised would be covered, then made me call Apple from their office to confirm coverage, saying, "good luck, it will take hours to get through to our 'friends' over at Apple" (it took only 15 minutes, and yes, Apple covered it as promised). At one point, after a lengthy silence where I was waiting for him to tell me next steps, he asked, “Well, are you going to just sit there until the part comes in?” The part came in quickly and he performed the repair in the promised window of time, but when I got home, parts of my keyboard didn't work and now we need to ship it off for repair for 5 days. Needless to say, I will not be a repeat customer.

My macbook just died. Can't wait to use this professional service again. About 2 years ago, I stuck a document with a staple in it in my mac and folded it closed. Then wedged my MAC in a overstuffed backpack. Staple broke screen, Associated fixed in less than a week. They have done other repairs for me as well, with stellar results. Will see them on Monday AM:)

I thought I had a battery issue but it turns out that my entire front case was damaged. Robert was very helpful and ensured that the entire process was completed within three short days (the Apple store I had gone to earlier had said it would take an entire week). Would definitely recommend.
